Converters in Turkey. Having this reputation over 42 years, Saf Plastik was established
In 1965, and is currently doing production in two manufacturing sites, over
22. 000 sq meter closed area.
Saf Plastic have ISO 9001: 2000 and BRC quality assurance systems.
With its integrated system, Saf Plastik is able to produce flexible
Packaging in: Flexo, Rotogravure and together with our sister company;
Offset printing.
Our machine park consists of;
- 3 Flexo Printers (1x6 color & 2x8 color-upto 1400 mm web)
- 2 Rotogravure Printers (9 & 10 color-upto 1450 mm web)
- 10 PE Extruders
- 2 Laminators (Solvent Based & Solvent Free-upto 4 layers)
- 7 Slitter / Rewinders
- 14 Bag producing machines (inc: Wicketed, Patch / Loop Handle, 3 Side Seal,
Doypack)
